1. About these terms
These terms apply to services provided by Simply ICT, including managed IT support, web design and development, hosting and maintenance, SEO, hardware supply and infrastructure services. Each engagement may be confirmed by a written quote or agreement that adds specific details.
2. Quotes & agreements
Work is delivered under the details in your quote or service agreement. Any changes to scope will be agreed in writing before they are performed.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide reasonable access to systems and information needed to deliver the services, and to keep your account credentials secure and up to date.
4. Payments
Fees are as set out in your quote or agreement. Invoices are payable as specified; services may be paused if an account falls overdue.
5. Intellectual property
Content and materials you provide remain yours. Custom work we create for you — such as website designs — is licensed to you on completion of payment for the relevant work.
6. Third-party services
Some services (for example hosting, software licences or payment gateways) are supplied by third parties under their own terms. We will point you to those terms where relevant.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Termination
Either party may end an ongoing service arrangement with reasonable notice as set out in your agreement. We will hand over your data and systems in an orderly way.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
